About us

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website, which is operated by Viee Studios (registered business name: vilmaideberg.studios), C/O Anastasia Karkazis Rasmussen, Lundingsgade 7, 4. tv, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. CVR number 44485834. Email: vieestudios@hotmail.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of your contract with us.

Ordering and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. Please check your order details, including your delivery address, before completing your purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Made-to-order products

All items are made to order. Orders have an estimated processing time of 4-6 weeks before dispatch, in addition to shipping time. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Because items are handmade or made to order, small variations in size, colour, and finish may occur, and colours may look different on different screens. These variations do not mean an item is faulty.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, including VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Customers outside the EU may have to pay import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in our prices.

Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Your order remains at our risk until it is delivered to you. If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address you provided.

Withdrawal and returns

If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. This right does not apply to items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. Customers elsewhere can return items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty items and your rights

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Under Danish law you have a 2-year statutory right to complain about defects.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law, including Danish consumer law and, where applicable, the consumer protection laws of your country.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, logos, and other content on this website and in our products belong to Viee Studios or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you the right to reproduce or sell copies of its design.

Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access if these terms are broken.

Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as supplier or carrier disruption, strikes, severe weather, or customs delays), or for business losses, as we sell to consumers only.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Personal data

We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, only to process your order, provide customer service, meet our legal obligations, and, if you have agreed, send marketing.

Complaints

Please contact us first at vieestudios@hotmail.com so we can try to resolve your complaint. Danish consumers may also contact the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) at forbrug.dk. Consumers in other EU countries may contact their national consumer authority.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes are subject to the Danish courts, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
