Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Seller offers a 14-day return policy. The return policy is subject to the following conditions:

• Custom Products: For custom-made items, such as rings designed to fit specific measurements, exchanges or returns are accepted only for sizing errors.
• Non-Custom Products: For non-custom items, including but not limited to scarf buckles or pendants, returns are accepted, and store credit will be issued for future purchases.
• The Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The Seller reserves the right to reject any returns if the product is damaged, used, or altered.

The Seller, Vieestudios, located in Copenhagen, is responsible for processing the Buyer's personal data. The Seller respects the privacy of all customers and complies with data protection laws in Denmark and the European Union. Personal data collected by the Seller includes customer details such as name, address, email, and payment information, which is required to complete a transaction. This data will only be used for the purpose of processing orders, shipping products, and communicating with the Buyer regarding their purchases. The Seller will never sell or share personal data with third parties without explicit consent from the Buyer.

All prices listed on the Seller's website include VAT. As a registered business in Denmark, Vieestudios charges VAT at the applicable rate for all sales. The VAT is included in the prices shown and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

The Seller's works with tin and silver. Jewelry pieces in tin are 99.9% tin, which is 100% lead-free.

Tin is a soft metal that will naturally develop marks and patina over time. To restore its original shine, the Buyer can polish the piece using the back of a spoon or a smooth stone.

The Buyer may also send the jewelry piece back to the Seller for repolishing. This service is free of charge; however, the Buyer must cover the shipping costs.

The Seller ensures that the materials used in the jewelry are compliant with relevant consumer safety standards and EU regulations.

All content on the Seller's website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Viee Studios and is protected under copyright law. The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Seller's website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Seller.

The Seller is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the jewelry or any associated products. The Seller's liability for any product defect or failure is limited to the purchase price of the item. The Seller is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, profits, or data.

While every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions of products, the Seller makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided on the website. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the Buyer's location. The processing time when ordering a made-to-order product is up to 4 weeks before shipping. The Seller is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.

The Seller will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
