1. Processing time

All orders from Viee Studios are made to order. Please allow an estimated 4-6 weeks for processing before your order is dispatched. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, shipping time.

By placing an order, you agree to this processing time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at vieestudios@hotmail.com before you order so we can let you know whether it's possible.

2. Estimates and delays

Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Circumstances outside our control, such as supplier delays, materials shortages, high order volumes, public holidays, or carrier disruption, may extend these timeframes. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated period, we will let you know by email.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within a reasonable time after the estimated processing time, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including delivery costs (see our Returns & Refund Policy).

3. Shipping times and costs

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Denmark: 1-4 working days
Other EU countries: 3-10 working days
Outside the EU (including the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, and other countries): Delivery times cannot be reliably estimated because they depend on customs clearance in the destination country. Delivery typically takes 1-4 weeks after dispatch but may take considerably longer.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

4. Customs, duties, and taxes (orders outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and handling or clearance fees charged by the destination country or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these charges or customs processing times, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Please check your local customs rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us, we may deduct the return shipping costs from any refund, where permitted by law.

5. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only change the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

Your order remains at our risk until it is delivered to you. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at vieestudios@hotmail.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photographs of the item and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund your order.

Please report problems as soon as possible, and preferably within 14 days of delivery, so we can resolve them quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, faulty items, and refunds, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law, including Danish consumer law and, where applicable, the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
