Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, just contact us at vieestudios@hotmail.com. 

Once we accept your return, you can go ahead and ship the package back to the adress we provide. Please note, we won’t be able to accept returns sent back without prior approval.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (personalized or special orders), and personal care products (beauty items). We also don’t accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once that return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Just like our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please reach out to vieestudios@hotmail.com.
